Who we are

MkLaunch is operated by an independent publisher. For any privacy-related inquiry, contact us at support@mklaunch.app.

Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Account data: name, email, and profile image.
• Submissions: product details and uploaded thumbnail.
• Votes and comments: your community activity and IP address for abuse prevention.
• Session data: IP address and user agent for authentication security.
• Payment data: Stripe processes card details; we retain provider identifiers needed to fulfill purchases.
• Newsletter: your email address when you explicitly subscribe to the weekly digest.

How we use your data

• Display your submitted products and community activity
• Send transactional account and submission emails
• Send the weekly newsletter when you subscribe
• Fulfill paid placements and prevent abuse

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool. It does not use advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking.

Third-party services

• Stripe: payment processing
• Cloudflare: application hosting, D1, R2, Images, CDN, and transactional email
• GitHub / Google: optional OAuth authentication
• Plausible: privacy-friendly analytics
• Upstash: abuse-prevention rate limits
• Resend: newsletter subscriptions and Broadcasts

Cookies

MkLaunch uses only essential authentication cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Published Product pages may remain after account deletion; only minimal payment evidence is retained for paid purchases. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email support@mklaunch.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy and will communicate significant changes.
